Luca Rajabi is a visionary thought leader who’s industry expertise spans both the enterprise financial, medical and consumer technology sectors. Paired with this he has extensive knowledge and an analytical mind that actively assesses both practical and theoretical impacts of chemistry, pharmacology, physics, energy systems, social networks, media and education on products, services and people.

While an avid passion for science and learning brewed at an early age, Mobilis Solutions Group, Inc.’s founder, Luca Rajabi, experienced many set backs due to inherently poor and inconsistent health. Although his passion for the sciences was ever present, an even greater need was to be met through the personal research, empirical observation and statistical modeling of causal factors for the progression of his symptomatology.

From age 6, another 26 years would pass, many of which saw some early academic successes and truly prodigious accelerated traversal through the enterprise, medical, mobile and consumer technology sectors. His passion for finding solutions to known challenges and continuous drive for refinement of both processes and technical solutions enabled him to excel at identifying early opportunities for business development in fortune 500 companies as well as his own eventual endeavors.

No sooner than 2 years from that time a major piece of metric medical data was revealed to him, after which he reapplied himself to investigating the ramifications of this complex and elusive diagnosis. How much time could have been saved? How much opportunity, and how much effort might have been lost without that data? These questions proved too important to overlook and after just 2 and a half more years Luca Rajabi gained a clearer vision of the ideal apex for the intersection of data analytics, medical research, business intelligence and advanced diagnostics. Taking the sum total of his life’s work of personal and professional research he refocused Mobilis Solutions Group, Inc. towards addressing a need that he believes will improve patient health, save physicians time and streamline the input and output of efforts of everything from pharmacological research to health services administration, insurance risk assessment and even legislative planning for universal access to health care resources with the most feasible and productive options paired to the most appropriate populations.

Edward M. Zabrek, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Chief Medical Officer & Industry Ambassador at Mobilis Solutions Group, Inc.

Dr Zabrek is a practicing board certified obstetrician and gynecologist in Southern California. He received his medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine and has been in practice 39 years. His experience spans general obstetrics and gynecology.  He is also an expert in high-risk pregnancies, ultrasound, infertility, and minimally invasive surgery. In addition to his published medical texts Dr. Zabrek is a published author, lecturer and journalist having served as Chief Medical Editor for publications such as Pocket PC Magazine, iPhone Life Magazine and OBGYN News. As an international consultant in mHealth solutions including telemedical systems, precision medicine and connected IoT patient health metric devices. Dr. Zabrek has an been a consummate advocate for the advancement of medicine through the responsible use of data informatics enabling more pro-active and predictive care for his patients and general medical science.  

His passion for point of care solutions has lead him to continuously review and research novel solutions for the enablement of rapid response to changing patient outcomes.  Dr. Zabrek actively consults for enterprises such as Samsung Mobile, Microsoft, Intel and Hewlet Packard.  His efforts have been instrumental in the introduction of mobile point of care solutions powered by advanced electronic health records accessible from mobile devices.
